     If you fancy an affordable sporty, two door car like the Mercedes CLK, Toyota Celica, Nissan, Skyline or the Mazda RX8 that runs as smooth as they look, Poh Pai Soon is the right person to advise you.

     Before teaming with his wife Mandy Ooi in 2000 to venture into the used car business, Poh worked in finance for over 16 years. Thus, if you give him your allocated budget, he could turn your dream into a reality by working out the financing details.

     Besides his wife, Poh"s other business partner is his brother Paul Poh, a veteran in the trade who used to manage his own used car business in Johor Baru.

     As their venture, the three recruited other members of their extended families to join the business.

     Abel Automobile"s yard displays a range of Japanese reconditioned vehicles, consisting mainly of MPVs and two-door cars. Focusing on the more popular marques, their current stock comprises Toyota Estima, Ipsum, Wish and Mazda MPV. They have also supplementd their product mix with a selection of sporty two-door cars such as the Mercedes CLK, BMW, Toyota Celica, Nissan Skyline and the Mazda RX8.

     According to paul, they are very selective in the cars they buy from Japan. The industry grading for reconditioned cars in Japan are on scale of 1 to 5 (5 being brand new). They only buy cars which are of grade 4 and above which means that the cars are all accident-free and almost new, both interior and exterior parts of the vehicle.

     All cars are thoroughly screened through by their representative in Japan to ensure they are problem-free. Upon arrival in Malaysia, the vehicles will be sent for another diagnostic test at their appointed workshop to ensure the vehicles are tip-top condition before they are put on the market. 

     "We believe in getting involved in the sales process from A to Z to make sure all our customer are comfortable and thier needs met," says Poh.
